Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our location in Korea.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating, leading and managing the sales team to meet the company's sales goals and objectives, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. We expect the candidate can either handle direct sales or who has experience in working with brokers.
Qualifications:
Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively manage the sales team
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
Experience in financial consulting or related industries is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Fluent in English(professional) and Korean(native), both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze market trends and consumer needs to align design with company goals.
2. Develop and complete design proposals based on company standards.
3. Create product design sketches and technical drawings for development.
4. Lead the design of outdoor clothing collections.
5. Monitor sample production progress and ensure quality.
6. Collaborate on key product meetings and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Deep understanding of consumer needs and clothing trends.
2. Proficiency in clothing styles, colors, patterns, and design tools.
3. Resilience and adaptability to company changes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of sports/outdoor apparel design experience.
3. Fluent in Chinese and English is a plus.
