Service Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the after-sales service of the company's laser cutting machine products, including but not limited to installation, debugging, repair and maintenance;
2. Assist the sales team to carry out pre-sales technical support, provide customers with product technical advice and solutions;
3. Be responsible for installing and debugging new machines to ensure that the equipment operates normally and meets customer needs;
4. Responsible for dealing with customer maintenance applications and fault reports, timely response and problem solving, to ensure the normal use of customer equipment;
5. Carry out regular equipment maintenance and repair work to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment;
6. Provide training and technical support for customers, guide customers to correctly use and maintain the equipment;
7. Collect customer feedback and suggestions, timely feedback to the company product quality problems and improvement proposals;
8. Assist the sales team to carry out customer maintenance work, maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related majors;
2. More than 1 year after-sales service experience in laser cutting machine or related equipment;
3. Familiar with laser cutting machine product structure and working principle, with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance ability;
4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to establish good cooperative relationship with customers;
5. Have teamwork spirit and strong problem solving ability, able to deal with after-sales service problems independently;
6. Good time management and work planning skills, able to effectively organize and schedule work tasks;
7. Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly understand and master new products and technologies;
8. Good communication skills in English as a working language.
服务工程师
主要职责:
1.负责公司激光切割机产品的售后服务工作,包括但不限于安装、调试、维修和保养;
2.协助销售团队开展售前技术支持,为客户提供产品技术咨询及解决方案;
3.负责安装、调试新机,确保设备正常运行,满足客户需求;
4.负责处理客户维修申请及故障报告,及时响应及解决问题,确保客户设备的正常使用;
5.定期开展设备保养及维修工作,确保设备的稳定性和可靠性;
6.为客户提供培训及技术支持,指导客户正确使用和维护设备;
7.收集客户反馈及建议,及时反馈公司产品质量问题及改进建议;
8.协助销售团队开展客户维护工作,维护并提升客户满意度。
