Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our location in Korea.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating, leading and managing the sales team to meet the company's sales goals and objectives, identifying potential clients and business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. We expect the candidate can either handle direct sales or who has experience in working with brokers.
Qualifications:
Excellent leadership and management skills to effectively manage the sales team
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet business goals
Experience in financial consulting or related industries is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Fluent in English(professional) and Korean(native), both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing customer sales plans based on the company's development strategy and achieving expected sales targets;
2. Responsible for exploring and cultivating key industry clients, maintaining close cooperative relationships with clients, and achieving long-term and stable strategic cooperation;
3. Responsible for analyzing customer project requirements and completing project bidding related work;
4. Responsible for project promotion, negotiation, signing, and payment collection work, assisting the team in risk control;
5. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with various support departments, ensuring project operation, and improving customer experience at the delivery end;
6. Responsible for collecting and analyzing industry and customer needs, and conducting market promotion and promotion of industrial robot visual application business.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing, and automation related majors;
2. At least 3 years of sales or channel expansion experience, with relevant industry customer resources preferred;
3. Possess customer analysis and business negotiation skills, strong self driving and organizational coordination abilities, and be adept at independently solving problems;
4. Able to adapt to business trips.
